During the festive season, brands are invigorated with creative juices that flow into crafting greeting ads in line with the product or service being promoted. Two globally renowned brands, with that desire in mind happen to have gotten the attention of none other than Joe La Pompe extending the copycat act trend into the New Year.
The first was the famous Italian pasta manufacturer Barilla who used spaghetti strings to mimic the effect of exploding fireworks. The other, was McDonald’s who, for some reason, used its signature fries to achieve the same effect. Ironically though, that visual was employed to promote its extensive line of coffees begging the question of how the two correlate!
