Spark*, the creative consultancy arm of The Publicity Network (Publinet), has renewed its partnership with Dubai’s Community Development Authority (CDA) following a highly competitive pitch. The agency has supported the CDA’s long-term community vision since 2014 and has even provided award-winning work including an awareness campaign that was recognised at the Dubai Lynx 2016 with a Gold for ‘Best Use of Media for Public Service’ and a Silver for ‘Best Use of Small Scale Ambient Media.’ The agency also scooped first place for its CDA ‘PaperChild’ campaign and was voted ‘Best in the Human Rights Category’ at the 2015 ACT Responsible Exhibition hosted during the Cannes Lion Festival.
As a result of its work with the CDA, Spark* was ranked in fourth place on the ‘Good Report’ in recognition of the agency’s leading position among the world’s top international and network agencies for its championing of CSR causes.
Spark* will now continue to support the CDA’s wide variety of initiatives across five major sectors including Community, Social Care & Development, Benefits & Financial Empowerment, Licensing & Monitoring, and Human Rights. It is set to bring its cut-through communication campaigns to the Authority’s ongoing initiatives with a focus on strong positioning, creative campaign development, strategic consultation, and collateral and event support.
The agency’s emotive campaigns and activations will be designed to resonate with stakeholders, raise awareness and inspire Dubai’s wider community, helping the CDA to achieve its mission of enhancing happiness and improving quality of life across all segments of society.
