Following a multi-agency pitch, Starcom MENA wins the global media account of The Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), effective immediately.
The Publicis Media Group agency will manage the full scope of media services of DTCM across 30 markets. Duties span all strategic media planning and buying, digital performance marketing, content creation and distribution.
This global business will be led out of Dubai and will involve the best talents from Publicis Media across key regional hubs.
