This initiative sheds light on the employees who work behind the scenes by putting them front and center to reveal the diverse talent that represents the brand.
Since 2012, Level Shoes, Chalhoub Group’s homegrown concept, has been a globally recognized retail concept for designer footwear, creating meaningful content to empower the brand, customers and employees. "Each team member is a valuable member that makes up the identity of the brand, they are trusted advisors to clients, buyers, personal shoppers, visual merchandisers, and marketeers – they are the forefront of the brand," says Chalhoub Group in a press statement.
This unique campaign that was shot in Dubai, connected and engaged the team by casting its own employees, to style, direct and model a curated selection of sneakers, heels, boots, slides and sandals. The campaign’s objective is to celebrate and promote inclusivity and diversity that Chalhoub employees should be looking to for inspiration.
