Leo Burnett Dubai Appoints Joëlle Jammal as Deputy Managing Director

Leo Burnett has appointed Joëlle Jammal as Deputy Managing Director of Leo Burnett Dubai. Reporting to Executive Regional Managing Director Kamal Dimachkie, she will be an integral part in the growth of the creative agency. Jammal will also be the key point of contact for senior clients across the organisation and lead innovative and creative solutions for current and prospective accounts.

Dimachkie said: “In an effort to rise up to challenges in today’s climate and secure the breadth of leadership the future will require, I would like to welcome Joëlle to her new position. Her leadership will be crucial as we grow our business on all fronts.”

Jammal brings 25 years of advertising experience across the MENA region. In her former position, she served as Managing Director for Leo Burnett Jordan and Iraq before moving to Dubai to lead some of Leo Burnett’s premier accounts – McDonald’s, Bel and Ferrero. In addition to her time at Leo Burnett, Jammal has held senior roles in global digital creative shops within Publicis Groupe including Saatchi & Saatchi, as well as D’Arcy, Promoseven and Weber Shandwick.

Her regional assignments from developing to established markets, category exposure and involvement across a wide variety of industry verticals has established a wide-ranging career that is key to ensuring Leo Burnett future success.
