Sophey Layton joins MEC MENA as Regional HR Manager effective August 2017, and she will be based in Dubai, UAE.
Sophey joins the Dubai office from London, where she was a Senior HR Business Partner for BT, bringing with her experience from Dixons Carphone and Samsung Electronics. During her career, she has been a committed mentor to undergraduate students at universities around the UK. She was also selected as one of the Olympic recruiters for the 2012 London Olympic Games.
Sophey will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of people & culture and HR operations.
