AdvertisementSeven Media, one of the Middle East’s leading independent integrated communications agencies, has appointed Sara Raffaghello as Chief Creative Officer (CCO) — a newly created group role aimed at strengthening the agency’s creative vision and integration across its entities: Seven Media, Seven Studios, and Seven Digital.
Based in Dubai, the agency said the appointment reflects its ongoing investment in creative leadership and innovation, placing creative excellence at the center of business growth and client impact.
As CCO, Raffaghello will oversee creative direction, quality standards, and innovation strategy across all divisions. Her remit includes launching a group-wide creative audit, introducing AI-powered workflow tools, and implementing a mentorship program to nurture emerging creative talent across the group.
“Storytelling sits at the heart of everything we do at Seven, but how we tell those stories continues to evolve,” said Gregg Fray, Founder of Seven Media. “In a fast-changing media landscape, creativity and innovation are what keep us ahead.”
Previously Creative Managing Director at Seven Studios and Creative Director at Seven Media, Raffaghello brings editorial and content-driven sensibility to her leadership. Her focus, she said, will be on aligning creativity with measurable business results and fostering a culture that empowers teams to deliver distinctive, world-class work.
“Creativity and original thinking are our strongest competitive advantages,” said Raffaghello. “This role is about aligning creativity with growth and building confidence in ideas that keep Seven’s work intelligent, human, and relevant.”
Seven Media’s leadership team—including COO Kelly McClements and Managing Directors Amina Chowdhury, Sharan Sunner, and Rahul Sharma—will collaborate closely with Raffaghello to ensure creative integration across departments.
The new group-level role underlines Seven’s ambition to future-proof its creative operations, reinforcing its position as one of the region’s most awarded and culturally attuned independent communications agencies.
Founded in Dubai, Seven Media has evolved into one of the region’s top independent integrated agencies, known for its work in PR, digital content, and creative storytelling. The new CCO role formalizes a group-wide creative leadership structure, signaling a strategic move toward stronger integration between content, creative, and digital production arms within the company.
