With the updated My BLF mobile app, you will surely miss the bank. Banque Libano-Française have just pushed this insight to a whole new level with their latest ad for the bank’s new mobile application.
With a multitude of valuable features, from credit card payments and transfers to POS statements and wedding account deposits, MyBLF let you conveniently and efficiently manage your finances on the go and makes it virtually possible to miss the bank and the bank miss its customers.
MyBLF new TVC created by M&C Saatchi has viewers across the country laughing hard and giving it their thumbs up. Posted online couple of weeks ago, the spot has already garnered over 216,000 views on Facebook and more than 1,600 positive reactions.
The film shows a young female customer struggling to find a reason to be at the bank. As she repeatedly requests assistance with various tasks and is informed she can handle them through the app, we discover that real reason she’s there: she has a crush on a teller. Unfortunately it is obvious to everyone, because she no longer has excuses to hide behind, thanks to MyBLF. It closes with a funny assertion: “With MyBLF, you will surely miss the bank.”
“My BLF is an innovative, modern and a friendly-user app. We’re glad to have produced a TVC for My BLF that is also innovative, young and trendy. It has this light sense of humor that has become our BLF trademark,” said Tania Rizk, Director Group Communications, CSR & Customer Experience Division.
“Our objective was to show that MyBLF finally saves you the trip to the bank, while still managing to portray BLF for what it truly is- a bank that is in tune with its customers and continuously invested in making their experiences better; a bank that you will still want to visit even if you don’t have to. The ad accomplishes this beautifully, highlighting the bank’s exceptional customer service and staff- the human element- which customers will always want to stop by for,” said Shadi Kaddoum Creative Director of M&C Saatchi.
