Homegrown plant-based temporary body art concept, changemaker, and e-tailer, Le Inka, is now engaging regional artists with its interactive ‘creator platform’, an addition to its current offering. Artists can use the portal as a space to showcase their creations by uploading their artwork to be transformed into temporary plant-based tattoos. The creators’ artwork will be available for purchase online and each artist will receive a percentage of sales, with the opportunity to earn up to 20% in royalties, a key selling point.

Developed to embrace the creative economy, Le Inka’s aims to build an artist community, encouraging creatives to convert their artwork into revolutionary temporary tattoos while. At the same time, the platform supports individual artists’ brand building and recognition. Designed to entice and fully engage, there is a potential to earn one of the highest royalty offerings in the market – 20%, while Le Inka handles production, shipping, marketing, and customer service — all with no upfront costs. Each artist will have a dedicated profile page to showcase their story and work.

“Our mission with ‘creator platform’ is to foster creative freedom by offering a space that both ignites the community and supports individual artists’ financial momentum. Having formed Le Inka in 2019, we’ve had time to build a committed consumer base interested in wearing beautiful artwork. Being able to facilitate access to a network as such is a key selling point for our new service,” says Ishrath Hasmin, Founder of Le Inka.

The platform already contains a wide range of artists whose mediums span across digital art, Illustrations, mirror art, Arabic calligraphy, art education, portrait art, mural art, mixed media acrylic drawing art, and abstract expressionism art.

“Our soft launch has attracted a lot of artists across the region and our target is to onboard over 1000 artists during the next few months’’, added Ishrath.

Founded in 2019 by husband-and-wife duo, Ishrath Hasmin, and Safa Munafer, Le Inka developed a modern take on temporary tattoos. It currently ships to over 26+ countries worldwide from Dubai and recently launched into retail across UAE with Faces, a luxury global fashion retail chain.
