The annual Pikasso d’Or Awards, a competition recognizing the best creative work in Out-of-Home, has resumed its activity this year after three years of absence.
The Pikasso D’Or takes place in the five countries where the company operates: Lebanon, Irak, Mali, Jordan and Algeria.
After celebrating best OOH campaigns in Lebanon, Irak and Jordan, the Pikasso D’Or moved to Algeria where the 18th annual ceremony took place at the Holiday Inn, on Monday 20 February 2023.
All winners were chosen by the Pikasso d’Or International Grand Jury of six major creative and advertising professionals, with Andrew Rawlins, an acknowledged expert in advertising, as President of the Jury appointed for this edition by Alain Weill the Honorary President of the Pikasso d’Or.
The jury also included Khalil Benbarkat, General Manager at UM, Algeria; Lea Salibi Senior Creative Director at Leo Burnett Beirut; Samer Younes, Executive Creative Director at M&C Saatchi Lebanon; Sami Saab, Founder CEO and Creative Director at Phenomena, Lebanon; and Eyad Hussein, Creative Director at Adpro Communications, Jordan.
For the 18thedition of the Pikasso d’Or Awards in Algeria saw 91 visuals for 30 campaigns presented by 10 agencies and were selected according to the following categories: Best Use of Billboards; Best Use of Mall Advertising ; Best Use of Digital Out-of-Home.
