Posted on January 28, 2016

Beginning this year, some major changes will take effect after a set structure was established that will see Joe Ayache, Group Managing Director of Impact BBDO Lebanon leaving the Advertising agency to set up his own Corporate and Public Relations Company in partnership with the Impact BBDO Group while remaining an active member of the Group

The new entity, Ayache explained to Arabad will be affiliated to Global PR Network of Porter Novelli, that is part of BBDO and Omnicom, to note that IPN is operating currently within Impact BBDO with a number of staffs and clients who will join the new entity.

He will put all his energy, know-how and expertise growing the PR business in the market while providing an added value on reputation management services.

Commenting on these changes, Chairman and CEO of Impact BBDO MENA and Pakistan Dani Richa said, "I am confident that our joint venture will flourish with Joe’s successful track record and relentless focus on growth, which is why we will entrust our public relations business in Lebanon to Joe’s new offering."

Furthermore, Emile Tabanji will take over the management responsibility from Ayache at Impact BBDO Beirut, who will continue to guide and support the new management team, ensuring continuity and a smooth handover. Tabanji has spent the last 16 years with the group and was a valuable member of the client servicing team before heading to Dubai to lead blue chip clients across the MENA region. His most recent role was as managing director of the Cairo office.

These major changes also include the promotion of Roula Safi to Vice President Impact BBDO Beirut.
