The Epica Awards, the only global creative competition judged exclusively by journalists, has officially opened entries for its 2025 edition.
To launch this year’s cycle, Epica has named Claire Bridges, founder of Now Go Create, as President of the 2025 jury. A seasoned creativity consultant, Bridges brings extensive experience across advertising, public relations, and creative education.
She is also the former course leader of the Cannes Lions Creative MBA and has served on the Cannes PR and Eurobest Young Lions juries.
Bridges' consultancy, Now Go Create, works with clients including Netflix, Disney, Pret A Manger and the United Nations, offering training and strategic support to foster creative thinking within teams and organizations.
She is also the author of ‘In Your Creative Element‘, and hosts a podcast featuring practical insights from creative professionals.
Commenting on her appointment, Bridges highlighted the value of Epica’s journalist-led jury model: “Journalists have to be able to spot what stands out, what’s making headlines, what’s going to connect culturally. They bring a broader and potentially more objective lens to judging creative work.”
Early bird submissions will be accepted until August 31, with the final deadline set for October 11.
The Epica Awards ceremony will take place online on December 12.
With its unique jury format and growing relevance across creative sectors, Epica continues to stand out as a barometer for ideas that break out of the ad industry bubble and into the broader cultural conversation.
