The One Club for Creativity has opened the global call for nominations for the 2026 Creative Hall of Fame, which recognizes lifetime achievement in advertising, design, and education.
Launched in 1961 with the induction of Leo Burnett, the Hall of Fame brings together the Copywriters Club Hall of Fame, the Art Directors Club Hall of Fame, and the Educators Hall of Fame under The One Club’s umbrella.
Nominations are free for members and open until September 30, 2025.
The free Creative Hall of Fame nomination process is open globally to the club’s nearly 11,000 members, including those at the 25 non-profit organizations in Austria, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, Georgia, Germany, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, Ukraine, and United Kingdom that make up the Art Directors Club of Europe (ADCE), part of The One Club for Creativity.
Non-member paid nominations can be submitted from any country. They may apply for $200, which includes a one-year professional membership. Submissions must include a bio, portfolio of work, accolades, and testimonials.
Candidates will be reviewed by The One Club Board, with a shortlist announced in early 2026. Final inductees will be revealed in Spring and honored at a black-tie ceremony in New York in September 2026.
In an industry defined by change, The Creative Hall of Fame is where lasting impact is officially written into history.
“The Creative Hall of Fame is the ultimate recognition of visionary creative professionals and educators who transformed the industry and continue to inspire the next generation of creative talent,” said Kevin Swanepoel, CEO, The One Club.
“The open nomination process enables us to engage the broader global community, and identify the best candidates possible.”
