The Creative Floor Healthcare Awards have awarded this year's Talent & Diversity to four charities - Key4Life, The Ideas Foundation, Education pour le Kilimanjaro and Brixton Finishing School.

Founded in 2014 by Shaheed Peera, The Creative Floor Healthcare Awards celebrate world-class creative but also agency people (various roles), clients and healthcare companies. The awards continue to be the only health and wellness award show in the world to donate a percentage of profits towards a Talent & Diversity Fund that helps people from under-represented communities into health and wellness communication agencies. The fund has raised over £180,000.00 to date.

Any charity or organisation from across the world can apply for the fund. Winners of the awards vote on where the fund goes.

Eva Hamilton MBE CEO and Founder Key4Life said: “Key4Life is so incredibly grateful to The Creative Floor and the Talent and Diversity Fund, for supporting our work through our innovative 7-step model focused on addressing the root causes of offending with our young men giving them hope for a better future.”

Heather MacRae, Chief Executive, Ideas Foundation said: “We have been bringing creativity into the classroom for many years using healthcare briefs to excite interest in wellbeing and to explore subjects such as skin cancer, suicide awareness, prostate cancer, and healthy eating. We will use this funding to help nurture a new creative class of health communicators.”

Ally Owen, Founder, Brixton Finishing School said: “We are delighted to receive the winning prize from the Talent & Diversity Fund. Our mission is to support under-represented talent and enhance early career experiences. I am immensely grateful for awards like this, as they enable us to continue our vital work in advancing diversity and inclusion within the advertising, creative and tech industries."

Shaheed Peera, Founder, The Creative Floor Awards said: “My heartfelt gratitude to all the organisations who support this very special award show. Every entry you make has the potential to not only create your own legacy but to also help those from less fortunate positions in society to create theirs. THANK YOU!”
