The IAA Lebanon chapter has announced the launch of the IAA Lebanon Hall of Fame—an initiative designed to recognize, honor and celebrate the most accomplished and legendary Lebanese advertising figures who had a significant pioneering and leading role in the development of the advertising and media industry in Lebanon or the Middle East.
A Council of judges, composed of the six immediate past IAA Lebanon presidents will gather and decide on the inductees who were nominated by the IAA Lebanon Executive committee. In addition to the individual inductees, the Council will nominate one Lebanese company among Lebanese advertisers. This company should have played a prominent role in the advertising industry and should have a long history and heritage in the Lebanese advertising scene.
“This annual event, which starts this year, is a long term project,” says Naji Boulos, President of IAA, Lebanon Chapter. “It will allow us to reflect on the industry's past achievements but also invites us to gaze optimistically towards its future.”
Upon induction, each honoree or a representative of the honoree will receive a trophy signifying membership in the IAA Lebanon Advertising Hall of Fame during a prestigious gala dinner that will be organized at Casino du Liban, on Saturday, November 25, 2023.
