P&G celebrates the tenth anniversary of its campus program

Procter & Gamble (P&G), in collaboration with the AUC El-Khazindar Business Research and Case Center, School of Business AUC, recently celebrated the tenth anniversary of its campus program.

Over the past decade, this initiative has provided students with invaluable opportunities to gain essential skills and a comprehensive understanding of vital industry sectors.

This year, the program featured a national university student competition, with more than 200 students from top universities across Egypt participating in a unique and enriching learning experience. It was an exceptional case study competition that went far beyond the typical school project. It aimed to empower undergraduate students by providing them with a comprehensive 360-degree overview of key business areas.

During the three-day event, students engaged in activities designed to: discover their potential; identify career paths and develop key skills.

As a key learning partner and long-time collaborator with P&G, Starcom, part of Publicis Groupe Middle East, played a crucial role in enriching the program. Their expertise and mentorship provided students with deep industry insights and practical guidance.

Ahd Talaat, Head of Starcom Egypt, provided valuable viewpoints during a panel discussion, emphasizing the intricacies of media buying and its significance in modern business strategies, adding depth to the students' understanding and enhancing their overall learning experience.

Over the last few years, the annual campus program has experienced a notable surge in popularity, driven by its multifaceted approach to skill development.
