Zenith Middle East, the media agency under Publicis Groupe Middle East, has appointed Alina Waite as its newest Business Lead.
In her new role, Alina will be responsible for delivering best-in-class strategies to clients that allow the agency to create innovative and stand-out work. In addition, she will also elevate the marketing and growth initiatives for the agency across the region.
Alina has more than eighteen years of global marcomms experience working in agencies both in London and Dubai. Her career has stretched across some of the world’s strongest global brands including Coca-Cola, Nike, Disney, and Chanel. For the past six years, she has been leading Johnson and Johnson (now Kenvue) across Africa, the Middle East and Turkey.
In addition to that she also successfully led major accounts like Spotify, Coca-Cola, Alshaya and First Abu Dhabi Bank. Her expertise in team development and global collaboration, coupled with her ability to understand diverse market agendas, sets her apart.
Alina attributes much of her leadership style to her experience with the Marketing Academy Scholarship, which she secured among hundreds of applicants early in her career.
