Dubai-based communications agency, O2, appoints Sami Eid as chief executive officer.
Eid's expertise in brand building and marketing communication encompasses a wide range of sectors (real estate, education, private equity, entertainment and hospitality), having worked with major regional organisations, including Aldar, Bloom Holding and Marya Investments to name a few. He also collaborated in the launch of landmark UAE projects including Yas Marina Circuit, Ferrari World Abu Dhabi and World Trade Centre Abu Dhabi.
Eid will be focusing on seeking new opportunities for O2 in this ever-evolving communication landscape and on driving the company’s regional and international growth, while continuing to raise the bar for innovative, client-orientated communications solutions.
The announcement marks the start of an exciting new chapter for the company, which is celebrating its 11 anniversary.
