What began as Lebanon’s first grocery delivery app has just gone full-spectrum. noknok, the homegrown online delivery brand launched in 2019, celebrated the unveiling of its new Everything App in Beirut, marking its transformation into a lifestyle platform that merges multiple shopping categories — all delivered in under 30 minutes.
The launch event, held at Ava Venue, Beirut drew over 800 guests, including government officials, business partners, and key figures from Lebanon’s tech and retail sectors. The evening unfolded in a high-energy, tech-forward atmosphere, complete with live demos and a futuristic reveal of the redesigned app.
The upgraded noknok app now brings together an unusually wide range of verticals under a single digital roof.
In a local market still fragmented by niche apps, noknok’s new unified model stands out. The company plans to extend it even further, with upcoming integrations for food delivery and aggregator stores that will support local restaurants and SMEs through fair and transparent partnerships.
Beyond its multi-category offering, the app’s design leans on intelligence and personalization — from AI-powered assistance and intuitive categorization to smart reordering, loyalty points, and soon, integration with Spinney’s Rewards Program.
Reflecting on the launch, Elias Hankach, CEO of noknok & GrayMckenzie Retail Lebanon (GMRL), the company behind Spinney’s, Happy, Grab N’ Go brands and many other, said the event confirmed that “the Lebanese market is ready for an Everything App.”
For Hassan Ezzeldine, the night represented more than a product release — “it’s a reminder that Lebanese tech and innovation remain alive and ambitious.”
Entirely developed and operated in Lebanon—From software development to suppliers, operations, and delivery drivers—noknok remains proudly 100% Lebanese, a testament to the nation’s creativity and potential to lead in the digital economy.
One thing is certain, noknok’s expansion is as much a statement of digital progress as it is of local pride — proof that innovation doesn’t have to come from abroad to make everyday life simpler, smarter, and faster.
