Impact BBDO has announced a new leadership team in Dubai. Ghassan Kassabji has been appointed as CEO, while Jad Rabahi takes on the role of Managing Director.
Kassabji has extensive experience in the region, 15 years of which are with Omnicom agencies. He joined Impact BBDO in 2022 as Chief Growth Officer for MENA and in his new role will continue to oversee growth for the region, while spearheading the UAE business.
Rabahi, who has been with BBDO since 2009, has most recently been serving as General Manager of the Dubai agency, leading a large portfolio spread over diverse industries including retail, technology and government. In his 14 year tenure with the company, he has held several key positions in Lebanon, Saudi and the UAE.

This appointment comes on the heels of Impact BBDO’s achievement of being named Regional Network of the Year at Cannes Lions for the fifth year in a row.
