Global creative PR agency, The Romans, has expanded its leadership in Dubai with the appointments of Jacquelyn Moulds and Kassandra Panagiotopoulos.

Moulds takes the role of Client Engagement Director, while Panagiotopoulos will oversee the strategic and creative capabilities as Head of Strategy.

The move completes a new look UAE leadership outfit following the Q1 appointment of Joe Lipscombe as Partner.

The Romans’ Partner, Joe Lipscombe, said, “We wanted to show the MENA market that we mean business and are committed to delivering the world’s best earned work for its brands and people. These appointments do that. Both Jacquelyn and Kassandra are exceptional women. They’re hungry, dynamic, experienced, and bring an energy that keeps pace with the region. Together, they allow us to offer ambitious clients the highest quality of craft and consultancy, and they do it with charm and candour.”

Moulds brings close to two decades of integrated experience to The Romans, having held positions at multiple agencies and brands. Working across four global markets, she has driven integrated projects that cover brand, PR, media, social, and more. Her client roster includes some of the country’s biggest names, such as ENOC, Miral, ADNOC, and Cleveland Clinic, among others.

Jacquelyn Moulds, Client Engagement Director, The Romans, commented, “There’s an ambitious vision at the heart of The Romans, which I was drawn to immediately. Across markets, they’ve earned a reputation of challenging the traditional PR status quo by bringing superior integrated, creative thinking to the needs of modern brands. Ultimately, we’re built for where PR is going — and won’t be held back by where it's been, which is an inspiring journey to be on.

I can’t wait to bring my experience to The Romans and work with Joe and Kassandra to craft our unique offering here in the market.”

Panagiotopoulos joins following a five-year stint at Ogilvy where she drove the agency’s most recent award-winning PR campaigns. Contributing to creative and strategic projects such as Expo 2020 Dubai, GEMS Education, OMNIYAT, Majid Al Futtaim, and KIA, she brings her unique strategic mindset to The Romans as Head of Strategy.

Commenting on the move, Kassandra Panagiotopoulos, Head of Strategy, The Romans, said, There has never been a more exciting time to join one of the fastest growing, highly awarded, and culturally unique agencies in the world. With such a rapidly growing and changing region, the need and opportunity to deliver highly strategic and distinctive creative work is massive. The market is competitive, and brands are looking for future-fit partners to help find those all-important advantages. I look forward to doing just that at The Romans alongside a growing and determined team.

Under the leadership of Joe Lipscombe in the UAE, The Romans has realigned its focus to not only bring the agency’s award-winning creativity to the market, but also deliver increased growth opportunities for the market’s most exciting brands. Its new senior team is said to be “a marker for its ambitions”, offering clients the best in creative, social, digital, and earned craft.
